Love. Laugh. Pain!

I am Kimberly Bossons. Born in Gainesville, Florida, got lost up north for a while and now live in High Springs, FL. Grateful mother of two amazing children. Lover of animals, mother nature’s many wonders and all different mediums of art.

I wanted to be a writer when I grew up, and I am proud to have two poetry books self published by my daughter. Still working full time in the health industry for many years now. I started painting with acrylics at the end of 2019 and became obsessed.

Self taught with YouTube tutorials, I have challenged my self to grow in this love. I am affiliated with some local galleries, including Firehouse Gallery of Newberry. I have now completed hundreds of paintings on many different types of canvasses.

Nowadays, I do more of the fluid acrylic pour paintings with blow dryer and playing cards. Basically, I use anything but a paintbrush. I began using epoxy resin on many in various applications to add texture and depth.

Still writing poetry and loving both, but have ultimately decided against the growing up part.
